Ran aground? Found a leak? Write to us — a real person reads every message.
To help us fix things fast, include your device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Galaxy Fold 7), your OS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording is worth a thousand words.
Saves & progress
Your progress is stored only on your device — there are no accounts and no cloud saves. That means:
- Deleting the app deletes your progress. There is no way for us to recover it, because we never had it.
- Progress can't be transferred between devices.
- To start over on purpose, use Reset Progress on the title screen.
Duels: "No nearby ship found"
Duels connect device-to-device over Bluetooth. If two phones can't find each other:
- Make sure Bluetooth is switched on on both devices, and both are in the Duel screen — one hosting, the other joining.
- Stay close: same room, ideally within a few meters while connecting.
- Check the app has Bluetooth permission — on iPhone under Settings → Karlakan, on Android under App info → Permissions → Nearby devices (on Android 11 or older this appears as the Location permission; that's an Android requirement for Bluetooth scanning — the game never reads your location).
- Duels need Android 10 or newer with Bluetooth LE; some older or unusual Android hardware can join a duel but not host one. Any iPhone that runs the game can do both.
- Still stuck? Toggle Bluetooth off and on, force-quit the game on both devices, and try again with the roles swapped.
Sound & music
- Both volumes live in the pause menu → Settings — two sliders, one for music, one for sound effects. They're remembered between sessions.
- If you hear music but no cannons (or nothing at all), check the sliders first, then your device volume.
